The Future of Human-Computer Interaction

Interesting article on the upcoming rise of context-aware user interface.

ACM Queue - The Future of Human-Computer Interaction - For many years HCI has been evolutionary, not revolutionary. Is this about to change?

Something to consider further: "the three fundamental facets of context that we use in all our work: immediate context; activity context, which is about the history of the particular user and a few others (because many activities are cooperative); and situational context, which is about how other actors typically behave in that situation."
