One Cat's Seattle

Back on November 23, I posted a quote from Nancy's email about a trip my domestics took to see something called the "salmon ladder". My imagination ran wild, but I ultimately concluded that it was probably just an ordinary ladder, with images of salmon carved into it.

Maybe I was wrong. Check out this photo! Somewhere nearby, there's a city of bipedal salmon! A multi-tiered city, apparently, with ladders and staircases for the salmon to climb. Does anyone out there know of this place?
